I love to “browse” through a garden and nibble on various fruits and vegetables. I like a pea pod here, a tomato there, a nectarine on a warm August afternoon. For some reason, they taste better when picked directly from the mother plant. We hope to help others have this same experience when we are finally able to open the U Pick orchard and farm. For us, it is all about the experience and the fresh flavors. Therefore, within our ability to grow specific varieties, we have tried to choose those with the best flavors so they can be fresh for you and you too can browse through the garden.
We are not selling commercially or to anyone other than you and we think you care most about flavor. Wouldn’t you rather have a non-uniform fruit that has far better flavor for the one you are going to eat today?
